Refund policy

EASY AND HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

We recognize that things might not always go according to plan. Hence, we provide the option for you to return or exchange your items within 30 days of order placement. Ensure all merchandise is in its original condition—only tried on, but unwashed and unchanged. Once we receive your return, expect processing within 3-5 business days.

REFUNDS

  • If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs. (Shipping label fee deducted from the refund)
  • If the return was due to an error of ours (for example, the item you received is defective), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.

Refunds will be credited to the initial payment method you used during purchase, and you'll get an email confirming this. Please be patient, as it might take 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, based on your bank's processing time.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted for refund returns.

Remember, we don't refund original shipping costs.

*Items under one-time exceptions or reshipments don't qualify for refunds or store credits.*

EXCHANGES

You have the option to exchange your order within 30 days of purchase with the following conditions:

  1. ONLY orders shipped within the US.  
  2. Items must be unworn (with the exception of trying on), unwashed and unaltered.  
  3. Exchange only applies to SAME products with different variant options (such as size and/or color).     
  4. Exchange is free. We will provide a free return shipping label, and we'll ship out your exchange item at no additional cost.

Here's what you can do:

  1. Select Exchange as your return option.
  2. Select your preferred size or color. 
  3. Return your item(s) back to us using your FREE return shipping label provided (US Only).
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and you will receive an email confirmation. 
  5. Once the exchange is processed, it will ship out within 1-2 business days.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for returns at this time.
