SHIPPING OVERVIEW

Place your order before 12 PM CST (M-F), and it typically ships the same day*. If not, expect dispatch within 0-3 business days. Delivery times vary according to your chosen shipping method. We process orders 5 days a week, barring weekends and holidays.

*Any issues with address validation or payment capture might cause slight delays.

After ordering, we rigorously check your gear's quality before dispatching from our warehouse in Missouri, USA. Upon shipment, a tracking information email will be sent to you.

*Please note: Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to that order. This includes upgrading or downgrading shipping options.*

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free economy shipping on all qualifying U.S. orders. To qualify for free shipping, your order total must be a minimum of $100 USD before taxes and after any discounts are applied. Our free shipping promotion is also only valid for ground/standard shipping.

*Gift cards purchased do not apply toward the free shipping threshold.

TRACKING INFORMATION

While you'll receive your tracking email soon after your order is placed, it might take 1-2 business days for the tracking details to refresh online. If there's no update on your tracking after 2 business days, reach out to us at support@pedigreebrand.com, and we'll look into it pronto!

LOST/MISSING SHIPMENTS

Sometimes, carriers might mark your package as 'Delivered' but you have not received it. If this happens, consider these steps to ensure your package's status:

  1. Check for any delivery attempt notices.
  2. Scout the delivery area for the package.
  3. Ask if someone you know accepted the package—like friends, family, neighbors, or office personnel.
  4. Reach out to your local post office to check if they're holding it.
  5. Give it 1-2 more days; carriers might deliver later than indicated.

If you've tried the above and still can't find your package, please send us an email at support@pedigreebrand.com. Share your order number, and we'll investigate right away.

RETURNED DELIVERIES

Sometimes, packages may get returned by the carrier due to reasons like:

  • Unclaimed
  • Rejected because of customs charges
  • Address errors or insufficiencies
  • Transit-related label or package damage
  • Customs denial or import restrictions
  • Recipient relocation

IN RESPONSE, WE CAN:

  • Resend the package to the same address
  • Refund the original payment method
  • Offer store credit
  • Allow you to reorder with any needed changes or address updates.

If your tracking shows 'Return to Sender,' contact us immediately. Send us an email at support@pedigreebrand.com, and share your order number for a swift resolution.

*Shipping fees aren't refundable. Returns to the original payment method incur a 10% restocking fee."

SHIPPING CARRIERS & DELIVERY

We ship using USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Typically, there's no need for a signature upon delivery. The package will be left in your mailbox, at your doorstep, or handed to your building's concierge.
